dashboard themes: help

PLEASE NOTE:

all of my themes (except for the christmas theme) have been fixed at the 1st of March 2012.

please make sure to update them to get rid of the “like heart”-glitch.

the animated icon slider has also been fixed.

how to use?

go to http://userstyles.org/ to install the Stylish add-on for Firefox or Chrome.
then go to the style i’d like to use and click the green button “+ Install with Stylish”.
refresh your dashboard. done.

please note!

i made all my themes using Firefox
i checked them using Chrome as well and everything seemed fine. if there are any problems using them with Chrome, please let me know.

how to change/disable/deinstall a theme?

either go to Firefox -> Add-ons -> Userstyles

or use the small “S” in your Add-on bar and click right to disable/edit/deinstall Stylish themes

(tranlation right-click menue:
Disable
Edit
Deinstall)

glitches - a theme doesn’t work properly

glitches happen, i’m still an amateur in this.

so if you notice a glitch - a question:

did the glitch occure since you started using the theme or suddenly?

• if it’s a sudden failure, it’s most likely a problem with Firefox/Chrome and/or the Stylish add-on. so please re-start your browser, and if it’s still there re-install Stylish (and the theme).
  if it still doesn’t work, let me know.
• if the glitch has been there since you started using the theme, please check if i updated the theme since you installed it - if needed, update the theme.
• if you’re using the lasted version and the gltich is still there: let me know.
